Our flight was delayed a day and this was not an issue to reschedule. We had 2 large bicycle bags and the vehicle provided had ample room for them and our suite cases.

QRO/SMA/QRO Daniel provided a worry-free round trip experience. Complications arose on airport pickup and he immediately had a stand-in partner who professionally provided service to SMA. Amazingly he picked me up at 2am for a very early return flight. My lodging was very hard to find on GPS, yet he was on time in the wee hours of the morning and provided a pleasant and professional trip to the airport. Rest assured when you book a HERO.

With 4 adults in our group, a taxi would just not cut it. It’s 1.5 hours of cramped travel vs a comfortable can than can fit 7 people easily.

Great driver – efficient, reliable, super comfortable. Ride was very early in the morning and it was the least stressful part of the day.

We rode with Erik both from the airport (QRO) to San Miguel and then back to the airport 11 days later. When we arrived at our air B&B we got a call from Erik informing us that we had left something in the car. None of us could remember leaving anything but when he returned he had our laptop! Nice to meet honest people.

During our ride back to the airport we found that Erik spoke excellent English and was very friendly which made our hour+ ride far more interesting. He also asked what we liked in music and then played several of my wife’s favorite songs (Bluetooth).

Overall we had an excellent experience and would gladly use them again.

If you need a reliable form of transportation that will get you to your destination in a timely and safe manner, this is the service for you. The service better accommodates for longer distances, larger number luggage items, and direct point to point service. Hero’s is cheaper than a taxi and much more comfortable and catered to your needs than an Uber.

We recently hired Heros to take a small group of 3 from Queretaro to San Miguel de Allende, and had a great experience with Heros. I chose to go with Heros for transfer from (1) QRO to SMA on Christmas Day, (2) SMA to Santiago de Queretero, and (3) Santiago de Queretero back to airport – which was a very early morning on Jan 1, New Year’s Day. Daniel and his team (Francisco, Mr. Tello) are very reliable, on time, professional and friendly, and Daniel – as other reviews say here – kept great communication with me for every transfer.
