We rode with Erik both from the airport (QRO) to San Miguel and then back to the airport 11 days later. When we arrived at our air B&B we got a call from Erik informing us that we had left something in the car. None of us could remember leaving anything but when he returned he had our laptop! Nice to meet honest people.

During our ride back to the airport we found that Erik spoke excellent English and was very friendly which made our hour+ ride far more interesting. He also asked what we liked in music and then played several of my wife’s favorite songs (Bluetooth).

Overall we had an excellent experience and would gladly use them again.

If you need a reliable form of transportation that will get you to your destination in a timely and safe manner, this is the service for you. The service better accommodates for longer distances, larger number luggage items, and direct point to point service. Hero’s is cheaper than a taxi and much more comfortable and catered to your needs than an Uber.

I chose to go with Heros for transfer from (1) QRO to SMA on Christmas Day, (2) SMA to Santiago de Queretero, and (3) Santiago de Queretero back to airport – which was a very early morning on Jan 1, New Year’s Day. When provided with flight information he will track the flight’s arrival time. Prompt and timely pick-ups and drop-offs. Assists with luggage. I had to fly twice from the Querétaro airport at 5 am. Since it is very hard to find lodging near the airport I booked a hotel downtown. Daniel was ready on time and knows a lot about the flight leaving to/arriving in QRO. I will definitely use his services next time I need them and will be recommending him to everyone I know. We have used Dan’s service since we moved to Mexico in 2022. First to do neighbourhood tours of QRO, then for day trips around the area for tourist reasons, then for airports runs (at all hours to BJX, QRO and MEX), and, *many shopping trips all over QRO after we bought our home in SMA. Heroes Transportation was referred to us by a friend we were visiting in Mexico. Daniel, the owner, communicated with us early to make sure we knew where he was going to be located. We flew into Querétaro from Philadelphia USA and had already booked our transportation with Heros. Daniel was there to meet us and we had a nice ride into the center where our Airbnb was. We wanted to go to SMA and booked Heros again & Daniel picked us up and drove us there. A very nice drive with nice conversation with Daniel. We stayed in SMA overnight and late. the next day Daniel arrived back in SMA to take us back to Querétaro. Of course we used his service to take us back to the airport when our time in Querétaro was up. We highly recommend Heros Transportation to you if you are looking for quality transportation.
